Dry-type sprinkler system
A dry-type sprinkler system is another type of fire suppression system commonly installed in buildings and facilities, particularly those where freezing temperatures are a concern.
Unlike wet sprinkler systems, where water is constantly maintained within the piping, dry sprinkler systems are filled with pressurized air or nitrogen instead of water until they are activated.

Dry sprinkler systems are commonly used in environments where the pipes are exposed to freezing temperatures, such as unheated warehouses, attics, or outdoor areas.
By keeping the pipes dry until they are needed, dry sprinkler systems help prevent freezing and potential damage to the system.
